Happy Self-Care Sunday. Take 30 quiet minutes to yourself to center your mind, do something for yourself (take a bath, read a book, drink some wine, do a face mask, etc). Use 10 minutes to set your intentions for your business this week. 

We're halfway through August (what? how??) so it's a great time to check in on the goals you set at the beginning of the month. Are you on track to meet or exceed your goals? Has life gotten in the way? Take a moment to reflect and reset your intentions, then carve out some time to make sure your actions ladder up to your expected outcome.
